PLANNING SERVICES FOR YOUR

We always suggest arriving at the salon at least fifteen minutes prior to the start of the first appointment time. This will allow for a more relaxing and comfortable day, with time for setup and transition between services. Do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything you need during your appointment. At the end of the session, we handle all the clean-up so that you can attend to your last minute details. We have two bathrooms available for you to use to change or freshen up.
When planning your big day, timing is of the utmost importance. You need to consider not only your hair and makeup services, but also travel time, dressing, accessorizing, finishing touches, and pre-ceremony pictures! We recommend planning backwards and adding in a little wiggle room when deciding on appointment times for you services at Salon Exquisite.
For your convenience, the following is a list of service times to consider when reserving your wedding party with us:
Setup – 15 minutes
Bride’s Hair Styling – 75 minutes
Bridal Party Blow Dry – 45 minutes
Event Hair – 60 minutes
Flower Girl – 30 minutes
Makeup – 60 minutes
Express Makeup – 30 minutes
Flower Girl Makeup – 30 minutes
False Lashes – 15 minutes
Final Payments – 10 minutes
Add 15 minutes per person for off site weddings
Timeline
Six months prior to the wedding, inform your bridal party of their service options and the prices. Finalize styles and services for the day of the wedding.
Five to six months before the wedding, schedule all hair and makeup services. Schedule your pre-trial date to be four to eight weeks before the wedding.
Three months before the wedding, sign the wedding contract and review the appointment spreadsheet. Make any necessary changes.Four to eight weeks before the wedding, have your hair and makeup pre-trial.
*There is a four week minimum for cancellations of wedding parties totalling $200.00 or more.
