Where are you located?

Our address is 395 Chandler Street. We are located in the same parking lot as the post office and the Rocky's Ace Hardware.

 

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request a 48 hour notice. Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee, regardless of the reason.

 

 

Where do I park?

A complimentary parking lot is located at the salon for your convenience.

 

 

What if I’m late for my appointment?

We at Salon Exquisite realize that life sometimes presents us with circumstances beyond our control. However, it is possible we may need to shorten or re-schedule your appointment so that our next scheduled client will not be delayed. We hope you understand.

 

 

Can I bring my children into the Salon while I am having my hair done?

While we absolutely do love to see the smiling faces of the little ones, we ask that all children be properly supervised during your service. "All unattended children will be given a shot of espresso and a free kitten.” 

 

 

Can I use my cell phone?

We ask that you use your best judgment in this matter and try to ensure all cell phone use is quiet and courteous to others.

 

 

Can I bring my pet with me?

No pets are allowed into the Salon at any time. The only exception is for a medical service dog.

 

 

How can I protect my clothing during a chemical service?

We offer our clients clean smocks to change into for any service that they see fit.

 

 

What is the appropriate amount gratuity?

The industry standard is 15%-20% of your service cost.

 

 

How can I pay for my services and products?

We accept cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard and American Express only.

 

 

 

Do you offer off-site wedding services?

We no longer provide off-site wedding services.
